Jennifer E. Annen is a Certified Elder Law Attorney, a designation only a handful of Wisconsin attorneys have achieved and
which requires demonstrating excellence and competence by examination. She has also been recognized in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 as a “Rising Star” in
the field of Elder Law in a statewide review.
Jennifer is 1999 cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School and a 1996 graduate of the University
of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with honors. She currently co-teaches the Elder Law course at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School.
Assisting families where someone has a disability is an important part of Jennifer’s law practice which includes estate planning,
elder law, Medicaid planning, special needs planning, guardianships and real estate.
Jennifer often teaches about elder law and Medicaid planning, including presentations for the State Bar of Wisconsin, NBI, PESI and Lorman.
Jennifer serves as a Board member of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Elder Law Section. She is also on the Colonial Club Board of Directors and is a member of the WisPACT Board. |
